Shipping

Our primary method of shipping is first class USPS mail. However, alternate methods may be available upon request at an additional charge.

Warranty

This product is warranted to be free from defect in material and manufacture for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Misuse of the product will void any warranty.

The Perfect Bob and Products, Inc. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If this product is defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be either a refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs or replacement of product at the sole discretion of The Perfect Bob and Products, Inc. Except where prohibited by law, The Perfect Bob and Products, Inc, will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from this product, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with The Perfect Bob, you can return it for any reason within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping charges.

We stand behind our products. If you choose to return or exchange that item, please fill out the Returns Form and follow instructions.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging. Include your receipt or a photocopy is acceptable. If you no longer have your receipt, we cannot refund money. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment.
